Paper prints are shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope and original paintings and canvas prints are shipped in a box. Items are shipped in a very reliable and sturdy package so that your art arrives undamaged to you. I ship by US Postal Service or UPS Ground. For large purchases a signature may be required for delivery, to fulfill insurance requirements.

I ship internationally via the US Postal Service.
International shipping will have added costs for customs and added shipping costs.

Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:

I accept returns of any of my pieces from my website. Original Artwork and prints: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted.

Return shipments must be arranged through johngowan.art and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates/receipts received with the order).

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 2.9% processing fee, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the artist receives the artwork.

All refunds not from USA will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.

Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.
