“Blanket of Fog”, is a scene from Bolinas Ridge as the fog blankets the Pacific Ocean far beyond the horizon. Looking like an island, the town of Bolinas sticks out in the in the fog, encircled by the clouds, as the fog bank reaches the slopes of Bolinas Ridge. The golden grasses and shadows on the ridge stand out from its bright white background creating a wonderful contrast between them.
