Crystal Waters
The print “Crystal Waters” comes from an original painting and is a scene from China Cove in Carmel, California. With it’s sheltered cove and crystal clear waters, China Cove is a wonderful place to paint. On this day the water was incredibly clear with very little waves making this a very serene scene. The afternoon light was casting shadows over the water while at the same time illuminating the light blue water through the arch. Light coming over the top of the bluff boasts an inviting warmth to it as if it were calling out for visitors to enjoy its overlook.
