In Between Clouds
"In Between Clouds" is a print of a scene from Marin County, California, looking across the bay towards Mt. Diablo. The bay is covered with fog , as it sometimes is this time of year, and the high clouds have come in and seem to appear at the same distance above as the fog is below. The sun finds a place to pierce the fog and find a spot to shine on the hills below and the foreground hills enjoy the last hours of sunlight the day has to offer as the shadows move like a sun dial across the backside of the hills encompassing the last bits of light.
