Mt. Shasta Haze
This is a print of Mt. Shasta located in Northern California. It's peak rises to above 14,000 feet sea level and is an icon of California for many people. The mountain rises abruptly to tower nearly 10,000 feet above its surroundings to dominate the landscape. When I was painted this painting, the light was just right to see the separation of the ridgelines alone with the soft light coming across the mountain to revel the sheer mass of this massive volcano.
