From an original painting, “Mt. Tamalpais and Lakes” is a print of Mt. Tamalpais in Marin County with the reservoir of water Bon Tempe Lake and Alpine Lake at its base. This is a scene of the mountain on a warm summer day with little wind. The water in the lakes is calm with hardly any ripples allowing for the reflection of the hills to be mirrored. The golden grasses, dry from summer, forge a small trail heading down to the lakes and continues up the mountain.
